My favourite property in Fort Augustus. Pleasant stay, well-maintained and great relaxing place for cruise. The breakfasts with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs.

Our double room was equipped with bath, the beautiful garden and excellant breakfast. The location seemed stunning and brilliant next to the golf course. Went to The Lock Inn for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the hotel.

It was really amazing stay, I loved amazing food.
I was there for 1 night and would love to return. The hotel was clean, everything was first-class. The location was amazing and incredible, in large garden and overlooking mountain. It was also really close to the Loch Ness and the golf course.

We liked this individual hotel, no complains at all. The location was lovely and stunning, on the outskirts of Fort Augustus, the venue overlooked garden. Further, it was near the garden, which is really beautiful, sites in the area, and the forest and heather-clad hills to the horizon.
Everything was spot on!

All the staff were very amiable, excellent. The setting was absolutely perfect, just next door to Scotland, a very good restaurant and quiet wooded gardens less than a mile from Fort Augustus. Again, it was 15 mins drive from a caledonian canal. Food was local and amazing, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have stayed in standard queen room for 1 night, it was complete with thoughtful extras, a nice bathroom, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near quiet wooded gardens less than a mile from Fort Augustus, the centre of the town and the highlands. Café Cobbs Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It has peaceful, ideal setting, so close to lovely gardens, and restaurants. Also, it's 15 minutes by car from The Clansman Centre.

It boasts amazing, beautiful location just off sites in the area, a very good restaurant direct at lake Ness and the centre of Fort Augustus.

Quiet and picturesque position was an added bonus. We had king room to ourselves with a nice bathroom in the turret, thoughtful extras plus a fairy-tale garden.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B nestled in a peaceful location near a popular Scottish destination. The house was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The garden surrounding the property was well-maintained and provided a tranquil setting. The owners, Natalie and Mark, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a safe and comfortable stay during these unprecedented times. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a TV/DVD player and ironing facilities. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, catering to all tastes. The location was ideal, offering a pleasant walk or short drive to the heart of the destination. I had a fantastic experience at Kettle House B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay.
Only one minor drawback was that my room had a bath only, which didn't suit my personal preference. However, this doesn't diminish the quality of the room or the B&B.

Possibly the best and such wonderful stay during road trip. Nicely decorated & great-sized room, central heating, an iron and a TV set with satellite channels in there. Stunning and good location of the hotel, really close to Loch Ness, and the town centre. Lots of food at the great and sensational breakfast.
